Danish Technological Institute (DTI) is one of Europe’s leading Research and Technology Organisations. We play a vital role in making the Green and Digital Transition happen in industry for the benefit of society.
The International Centre in Aarhus is looking for you to strengthen our team of in-house consultants in charge of supporting the Institute’s proposals for European R&D-projects across our more than 30 technical centres.
As a consultant your primary responsibilities will include:
- Guide and advise technical centres on funding opportunities – Matching expertise with funding opportunities
- Support to all aspects of proposal applications and management thereof (policy, process, legal, budget, administrative, consortium building, Quality Assurance etc.)
- Help develop and maintain a strong network of European partners for future proposals.
Your work will lead you to travel approx. 15-20 days/year, primarily to the DTI locations in Taastrup, Odense, and to meetings in Denmark and Europe.
EU-funding consultant passionate about technological drivers for societal transformation
Ideally, you have a good understanding of the policies of the European Commission, perhaps even of the political background, and have experience with fundraising from EU or other R&D programmes. As a professional, you are quick to grasp new technical areas and can apply your experience to work with our experts in a broad variety of technological fields. In addition to your academic title (bachelor, master or PhD), your technical proposal writing skills and spoken English are excellent.
You thrive with working independently and at the same time, closely with colleagues in the Institute/the IC, and with our national and international networks.
It goes without saying that you are service-minded, and able to work with parallel processes and high workloads towards deadlines.
In our daily work, we emphasize professional and solution-oriented collaboration with time for diving into complex areas.
The working language is English, but we welcome applicants with additional language skills such as Danish or even other European languages. You have good general IT skills and in particular a solid grasp of the Microsoft suite.
