Nyt fra DARMA’s Præsident

Verden er ved at lukke op igen, og mange planlægger måske allerede nu at deltage i arrangementer i løbet af året – I så fald minder jeg om, at man som DARMA-medlem kan søge om tilskud til sin aktivitet uanset om den er online eller fysisk. Nyt administrativt system
Som allerede udmeldt, administreres DARMA’s medlemsdatabase nu via systemet det danske system ForeningLet. Det betyder, at man nu skal logge ind via https://3254.foreninglet.dk/memberportal/frontpage, og at alle medlemsoplysninger er slettet fra det gamle system. Vi opfordrer igen til at man opdaterer sine oplysninger og præferencer. Kontakt Marianne Gauffriau hvis du har spørgsmål eller problemer med at logge på (kasserer@darma.dk).

Hjemmeside
DARMA’s bestyrelse arbejder på at lancere en ny hjemmeside, og den gamle vil kun i et meget lille omfang blive opdateret fra nu af og indtil den lukkes. Så det nu, du skal downloade det materiale du måtte ønske at gemme. Den nye hjemmeside kommer i højere grad til at fokusere på det der er aktuelt, og vil ikke fungere som et arkiv for gamle arrangementer, nyheder osv. (men bestyrelsen gemmer naturligvis relevant materiale fra vores virke).

Det forventes, at den nye hjemmeside er i luften inden for de næste par måneder og helt bestemt inden årsmødet, der afholdes den 7.-8. juni 2022. Til den tid vil vi også have vores nye strategi klar i et pænt layout. Den er jo vedtaget og så småt begyndt at blive implementeret, og så kan det jo være praktisk også at kunne downloade den i PDF.

RAAAP-Survey 2022
Nu er det igen tid til at indgå aktivt på den globale agenda, for at afdække og undersøge vores rolle som forskningsadministratorer. Jeg vil gerne anbefale alle at udfylde spørgeskemaundersøgelsen: https://inorms.net/activities/raaap-taskforce/raaap-survey-2022/

Og så vil jeg gerne benytte lejligheden til at høre om der er nogen der er interesserede i at arbejde med resultaterne for Danmark, når resultatet foreligger, så vi kan blive klogere på os selv, og hvordan vores forhold ”benchmarker” med vores internationale kolleger. Hvis det er tilfældet, så kontakt mig eller Jan Andersen, der er kontaktperson i INORMS Working Group (jande@sdu.dk).

Dear colleague,
Following the previous 2016 RAAAP and 2019 RAAAP-2 surveys we are encouraging our members to participate in this third international research survey developed by research managers and administrators that will provide us all with a third snapshot of our profession, across the globe.  It continues to build a longitudinal dataset about our profession.

With your participation in the study, we hope to provide recommendations for further training, professional development, staff recruitment, and retention.
This survey is authorised and supported by INORMS, the International Network of Research Management Societies which DARMA is a part of.

The survey can be found at https://inorms.net/activities/raaap-taskforce/raaap-survey-2022/ and should take around 20-30 minutes to complete.
Please note that this is a generic link, so feel free to forward this email to other colleagues who might wish to complete the survey.

The survey has been developed by the INORMS RAAAP TaskForce with over 30 members from around the world led by the Core Group:
