DARMA now offers a workshop on strategic issues in research administration and management for the first time.
The speakers at the workshop will make short presentations as a starting point for discussions and sharing of experience among the participants. Three cases will be used to work with strategic issues on a practical level.
The workshop focuses on strategic issues from the macro to the micro level.
The course has been developed in cooperation with research managers nationally and internationally and will be taught in English.
The number of participants is limited to 15-20 persons to facilitate an intense learning and networking environment.
